[Gnso-newgtld-dg] - Reminder: Submit Issues & Nominations for Group Chair(s)

Hello,

I believe this may have already been mentioned but I have not been able to
find it and that is the issue of plurals, as it relates to existing TLDs
and for this future round.

It was an issue that I believe was not clearly addressed and needs to be in
this next round
