Hi,

Synthesis tables of the discussion are a great idea. I agree

And a forms on the wiki, or some other suitable tool. Where group
members can just go fill in squares they see empty that they want to add
something to.  I still shudder at the idea of filling out multiple
documents with a problem each.

The main problem I had with the form is that it assumes a certain
solution, that we will do what we just did again with maybe a few minor
tweaks.  That is a pre-determined solution I hope we can avoid.  As I
explained, I think the AGB is not something that should be used again as
it was an implementation that strayed much too far from the policy
recommendations.  It is that solution, of reusing the AGB, being on the
table and permeating the form, that convinced me I better suggest other
possible solutions even before we discussed the problems and necessary
fixes.
