We are leaving that for the Council to ultimately decide, but our recommendation is for 1 PDP Working Group which the WG could then decide to split into multiple subgroups along the lines that we have recommended.

That said, ultimately it is the Council that will decide this issue.

In addition, the co-chairs had the opportunity to provide an update on the progress of this group to the GNSO Council and answer their questions. We are happy to report that there were no objections raised in regards to the DG’s approach.

As noted in a previous email, the call scheduled for Monday, 25 May was cancelled as it is a holiday in a number of countries. However, in an effort to move the work of this group forward, a call will be scheduled for Tuesday, 26 May at 15:00 UTC. Please try and find some time to review the revised drafts, as trying  to finalize them will be the focus of this upcoming meeting.
