[Gnso-newgtld-dg] - Executive Summary / Matrix / Draft Charter Drafts

Stephanie,

And to add to Jeff and Bret¹s comments, another reason the community
sentiment to date has seemed to lean towards a single PDP is because of
resourcing concerns, from both a WG participant and ICANN staff perspective.
We have tried to capture this, and the other considerations, on page 4 of
the executive summary. We will run through the changes made to the documents
on Tuesday¹s call.

Best,
Steve

Jeff is correct. My sense of the discussions to date is that many people
felt that separate working groups ran the risk of marginalizing some groups,
some issues. Also, many of the issues are tied together, sometimes in
unexpected ways, and a decision in one place can affect an issue in another
place.
