Hi Michael,

Could you kindly share the Objections you are referring to? There are no 
good reports that I know of summarizing the multiple objections, and I 
am hoping no one expects us all, individually, to cull through the many 
decisions. :-)

If you could point us in the right direction, I would appreciate it. 
Also, it would be interesting to know on what grounds the decisions were 
-- namely, standing, nexus to the string, harm, etc.

p.s. I would be happy to speak to the Amazon .MOBILE case as I lived and 
breathed that one.
