I rely on Steve Chan email setting deadline for submission of redlines by December 20th. Kindly note my comments in attached for consideration as final version.

I have borrowed Heather’s recommendation to define genomes as one of the first jobs to be done by WT5 instead of trying to freeze it in the TOR. e&oe.
