As discussed on the call today, the Work Track 5 leadership is requesting your input on the draft Terms of Reference for the Work Track: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zLvMb_HrGrEUZYqqeaHTS3x-exIlc_dmo-3ZC9HuJag/edit. If you use Google Docs, you can insert comments directly into the document and/or share input on the mailing list (gnso-newgtld-wg-wt5 at icann.org<mailto:gnso-newgtld-wg-wt5 at icann.org>). A Microsoft Word version of the document is attached for those who do not use Google Docs.

Feedback is particularly welcome on bracketed text in red.

Please provide comments as soon as possible but no later than the WT5 meeting on 20 December.
