1.       Forward to you for appropriate action the attached document which compiles the views of a range of GAC members on issues under consideration by Work Track 5.



2.       Inform you that this has been prepared as a result of discussions at the face to face meeting of the Work Track in San Juan, where it was agreed that this outreach would be made in order to allow more voices from the GAC to be heard.
