Dear Work Track 5 Members:

For your consideration and review, we forward an email & attachment which includes collated information provided by several GAC representatives that WT5 Co-Leaders have generally recognized as input from existing participants in the work track. 

Note that this information is neither a GAC point of view, nor GAC Advice, but simply comments put forth by several members of the GAC.

Note also that the slight date differential between the date of our receipt and today is due to the fact that we had to first double check with Mr. Tom Dale that the email was indeed intended for WT5 list distribution.
