This is a table indeed. Note that wikipedia is not always aligned
with the website from ISO. As said in my previous mail, the data
is also available at the Online Browsing Platform (OBP)
<https://www.iso.org/obp/ui#search> on the iso.org> site. The link
for the decoding table is
