Dear All
Thank you very much
It is a pity that this meeting will be held simultaneously with EPDO Team
I will not be able to attend while I am very much concerned on the outcome imputed to this meeting
I will maintain my position as stated below
I request distinguished Thiago to represent my views as I have clearly expressed at his task force
Regards

This draft incorporates feedback received from WT members on the sections previously shared, and also includes content for the remaining sections of the report. Please note that is a working draft produced by staff, and that not all of the WT co-leaders have had the chance to review the document fully. Therefore, the co-leaders may provide additional input along with the rest of the WT in the coming weeks. Note also that based on feedback from Work Track members, proposals previously included in section d. of the report are now integrated into the appropriate subsections of section f (deliberations) in order to ensure that all proposals are presented in a consistent manner and that there is sufficient context provided for each proposal.

Please do not send your own redline version of the text to the mailing list. Given the very large number of WT members, it will be very difficult to reconcile many different redline versions.
