Hi all,
as to the short meeting, we could make our lives easier by just
maintaining the current schedules of the week-end sessions as they are.
Considering that the "official" meeting starts on Monday within the
current meeting structures, the Council Weekend Working sessions could
be considered as extra time already, so maintaining that extra time for
the short meeting structure would not be much of a leap. It would free
us from the need to squeeze our meetings into a shorter schedule or from
having to start cutting items off our agendas.
As I said, heretical.
