That's not "gaming the system" though - just 1 particular "business 
model" that opinions are divided on.

The previous previous method was exploiting a "feature" of the billing 
policies/systems for financial gain to the detriment of Registrants.

The new method are "just registrations" (although it is also confirming 
that the TLDs are worthless)
