Those are already requirements and policies - if you are aware of
registrars not sending annual wdrp reminders, pre-expiry notices and
post expiry notices, feel free to report the registrar to compliance.
Registrants are "entitled" to the masses of mandated communications (and
aren't even allowed to opt-out which itself is a constant cause of
complaints, and possibly even illegal in some jurisdictions)
