I would think the FCC would have some issues with additional phone numbers being presented within the WHOIS without active acceptance by the Registrants.

The short answer is, in most categories, they want the data. I would suggest that random internet users by and large dont want their cell phone numbers out there on WHOIS....
But I may be exhibiting my privacy bias....Stephanie
