[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] Example Use case

One idea: Should we also attach a description to these use cases of the
process as it exists today in comparable industries, such as
telecommunications, hosting, etc?
So how would a comparable use case work when it is directed against data
on a customer of an internet access provider, a webhost, etc?
I think we would benefit a lot from including this view down the road
when discussion them.
