You have to ask:
1)  whether postal address should be required or optional, and 
2) whether phone number should be required or optional, and
3) whether some other contact method (other than email, postal, and phone) should be required or optional.

Postal address and phone are required by current ICANN policies and contracts, so we need to talk about them.
