Greg,

Note that postal address and phone number are on our list of data 
elements to discuss in future WG calls, but have not yet been discussed.

Can you please frame your statements below in the form of an 
alternative statement that can be tested in this week's poll? For 
example, it appears that you may be suggesting alternatives to key 
concept v) such as:

- The registrant's postal address must be mandatory to collect and 
included in the RDS.
- The registrant's postal address must be optional to collect and 
included in the RDS.

However, I am not clear whether you intend those to be instead of or 
in addition to email address, which is the subject of the poll 
question v). Please clarify?
