[DANIEL NANGHAKA]

I agree with @Volker about Consent - as long you have data and going to
access online services in the domain space then there is need for consent.
The registrant and registrar are linked by policy as there is no registrant
who can handle the process without the registrar - the registrar has the
right to handle the data and keep it safe.
