  Rod Rasmussen:There is definitely a large amount of overlap between LE/Abuse/Regulatory reasons.  Use case is largely the same but actors and basis for activities different.

  Rod Rasmussen:Maxim is spot-on - there is no "universal reputation" list - all such lists have their own parameters and construction, much less timeliness, accuracy, etc.
