[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] IMPORTANT: Invitation for Poll from 21 November Meeting

I found this week's question to be unanswerable. The statement we are voting on may have been truncated or perhaps combined with two alternate statements. Regardless of the cause, the statement itself is circular and confusing. It appears to be saying that resolving a technical problem is a good reason for resolving a technical problem.
