No, because I think that entire branch of the rathole is irrelevant to
our discussion.  The question before us is what disclosures for
collection and, later, for publication are required by ICANN consensus
policy for registration of a domain name in and gTLD.  Requirements
for founding a company, joining social media, joining the circus,
applying for a job, or getting arrested are all irrelevant to that,
and I don't see why we keep bringing up these other things.
