[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] NCPH rep on the leadership team

The GNSO Non-Contracted Party House has re-nominated Susan Kawaguchi to the
RDS PDP WG leadership team and Susan has agreed to rejoin the team if there
are no objections from WG members.  If there are any objections, please
communicate your concern not later than Monday, 16 April.
