[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] NTIA letter to ICANN re whois

Hello All, 

the second part of the letter 
might be seen as a suggestion for the interested parties
 to be able to do anything in the DNS without being bound by the 
GNSO policies (and it is something which makes behaviour of registries/registrars more or less predictive), 
and without it I am not sure about stability of the system, where some third party can do whatever they find fit (and 
reference to sophistication looks like lack of experience ... which makes it even worse, from perspective of the 
stability of the Internet)
