[gnso-review-dt] RE: GNSO WG Self Assessment Questionnaire

Hello Chuck and everyone, I believe the plan now is to initiate the WG
survey immediately after the 360 survey closes; we are told that experience
often shows that not having a long gap between two related surveys tends to
yield more and relevant responses. I hope this helps!
