Quick comments from me as well -- great edits by Greg and others, but
Greg took the lion's share. Tx Greg!!!

Perhaps we should number the questions of each section in our next
draft? In terms of distribution, one idea: do we want to circulate the
questions, and then create an online survey for answering them? (My
personal complaint: I hate surveys where you can't see the full range of
questions ahead of time, and therefore cannot prepare, think about and
research answers offline, before typing answers.)

To Georges' question, if we are going down the path of asking about
relief, I think we should be also be adding a question of whether the
practitioners believe that the URS is being used for the types of cases
for which it was intended -- clearly abusive cases. Re: Georges'
question of asking whether there were problems in obtaining relief
ordered in a URS decision - absolutely!

Re: questioning changes to the elements of the URS, which is based on
the UDRP (word for word), I leave that to our subteam discussion!

Best and looking forward to our call in a few minutes,
Kathy
