Hi Susan:

I agree with you. The reason we might also ask the Clearinghouse is to get some insight regarding the effect that the length of the time period has upon sunrise registrations. The point I was trying to make below is that the TMCH could probably provide some data or analysis on the relationship between the amount of time trademark holders have to consider a sunrise and the number of sunrise registrations. 

If we think that is a good idea, I can reword the question to explicitly include that part.
