Dear All 

 

Please find below the Notes and Outcomes from today’s meeting.

 

The meeting focused primarily on completing the revision of the questions to various TMCH stakeholders. As such a clean version of the document taking account of the changes outlined below is also attached to this email.

 

REGISTRAR QUESTIONS

 

Put back "how long is the Claims Notice displayed to the prospective registrant?"

 

Put back "Are you accessing data and records in the TMCH..." add in request for details and rephrase.

 

NEW GTLD REGISTRIES

 

Replace term 'blocking mechanisms services' with 

 

Add questions "Do you make any other uses of the SMD file or TMCH Database?"

 

"Can you provide information regarding any use of the SMD file or TMCH Database in relation to any QLP or ALP services you offer?"

 

ALL QUESTIONS

 

Add in paragraph to clarify origin of questions and that there may be further or follow-up questions to be put to recipients; provide for ability to give input confidentially to ICANN staff

 

Actions: 

 

Staff to prepare revised draft of questions

 

Staff to prepare list of registrar members of WG for sub-ST to seek input on specific questions;

 

Staff to check minimum technical requirement for Claims notice to be displayed before finalisation of questions.
