In follow-up of last week’s action items and in preparation for tomorrow’s Sub Team call, an updated Google Doc with the Charter questions relevant to this Sub Team can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/13u5h6Wh6QUqW0vzT5q0zCTEmjMQ8_iCat6ZehLHQC7Q/edit

Note that we’ve reordered the questions in the column on the far right, as discussed during last week’s call. To recap what those changes were, please refer to the previous version of the table (attached to this email), and match them against the action items from last week, which you can find here: https://community.icann.org/x/PwTfAw

After consulting with the Sub Team Co-chairs, the agenda for tomorrow’s call (12 May) will be to:

1. Go over the questions in the updated table and start to determine what data is required to answer each one of them
2. Continue review of the updated workplan<https://community.icann.org/download/attachments/64947263/TrademarkClaimsCharterQuestions-UpdatedSimplifiedTable.pdf?version=1&modificationDate=1494014758000&api=v2>, and propose time required for the Working Group to answer the questions
3. Discuss whether the Sub Team should make a request to the broader Working Group on conducting a preliminary analysis of any data collected to answer the Charter questions
