ACTIONS:

1. Discussion Threads: Staff will:

  *   Open until 29 May:
     *   Q4 (extension granted)
     *   Q2 (including Proposals #1 & #12) (extension granted)
     *   Q5
2. Homework: By 29 May Sub Team members will:

  1.  Provide input to Discussion Thread for Agreed Trademark Claims Charter Q2 (including Proposals #1 & #12), Q4, and Q5. Unless the Sub Team Co-Chairs determine otherwise, the three Discussion Threads will remain open until 23:59 UTC on 29 May 2019. (The Discussion Threads for Q1 and Q3 remain closed since 17 May.)
  2.  Focus on reviewing the staff drafts of proposed answers and preliminary recommendations for Q3 & Q4 in the Status Check document, in conjunction with the latest Summary Table (see details in Homework Message at: https://mm.icann.org/pipermail/gnso-rpm-trademark/2019-May/000356.html.)
