Dear TM Claims Sub Team members,

On behalf of the Sub Team Co-Chairs, staff are informing you that all TM Claims discussion threads are now closed. However, the closing of discussion threads does not necessarily mean that all discussion on each of the agreed TM Claims charter questions (and associated individual proposals) is closed.

The Sub Team Co-Chairs will review all the Sub Team discussion about the agreed TM Claims charter questions to date, and publish a list, based on their designation, of closed discussion and discussion that should remain open. Sub Team members will have the opportunity provide input/comment on the ST Co-Chairs’ designation.

Going forward, for the discussion that will remain open, staff will distribute a Google Doc for Sub Team members to enter their input. The draft proposed answers and preliminary recommendations will be inserted into the Google Doc, accompanied by individual rows/spaces for each member to enter his/her comments. We hope this method will help you provide input and track the discussion in the future.
