Dear Brian,

Thank you and your colleagues at WIPO for providing written answers to our WG questions on the TM-PDDRP. We look forward to reviewing and considering them at our meeting this evening (21:00 UTC).

Best, Kathy

Dear Mary, dear Working Group Members,

With apologies, myself and my WIPO colleagues are unable to attend tonight's call. We have however set out preliminary replies to the questions asked of PDDRP providers in the attached document. Note that I have taken the liberty of numbering the questions for ease of reference.

We hope this provides a useful contribution to tonight's call, and indeed to the broader PDDRP discussions. We would be happy to expand on these on the next occasion (whether in-person in Helsinki or on a subsequent call).

Thank you all for your consideration of these preliminary replies, and again, our apologies for missing tonight's call.

Brian

Subject: [gnso-rpm-wg] Agenda and documents for WG call on 15 June

Dear all,

The proposed agenda for the WG call this week is as follows:

1. Roll call (from Adobe Connect and phone bridge only) / Updates to Statements of Interest

2. Discussion/Q&A with Trademark PDDRP Providers

3. Planning for ICANN56 in Helsinki - cross community session on Monday 27 June and Working Group open meeting on Thursday 30 June

4. Approve updated Work Plan

5. Next steps

For #2, please note that the National Arbitration Forum will be on the call. The Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center (ADNDRC) is not able to attend, but has provided feedback to the WG's current questions for the providers in writing (see attached).

For #4, the latest version of the Work Plan simply updates the previous iteration as a result of the WG Members' decision to use a Sub Team only for the Trademark Clearinghouse data gathering exercise at this stage, and not also for the Trademark PDDRP (attached).

Members - please note that the call is our first rotating one, and will be held at 2100 UTC.

Thanks and cheers
Mary
