[gnso-rpm-wg] Action Items from 10 January Working Group Call

Agree with Hector and Brian.  We could use Google Docs so that we have a
single document, while still allowing the document itself to be edited.
This has worked well for a number of WGs and Subgroups.  Google Doc's
"suggest" function is similar to "track changes" and will allow readers to
zero in on the changes.
