Kindly note that staff have uploaded the google docs for the remaining Initial report draft sections, which are scheduled to be discussed on 10 March, on this wiki page: https://community.icann.org/x/1SOJBw

  *   Executive Summary
  *   Annex B – Charter Questions
  *   Annex C – Working Group Documents

As of today, google docs of all sections of the draft Phase 1 Initial Report have been published on the wiki. Please be so kind to review in preparation for the Working Group discussion during ICANN67 next week.

Please note:

  *   Each item is hyperlinked to its respective google doc.
  *   The items that the WG has completed review are marked with “review complete”. The items that the WG does not need to review are marked with “no review needed”.
  *   The ICANN67 date when the WG is scheduled to discuss the document is noted on the wiki.
  *   The WG is scheduled to review the following three new documents on Monday, 9 March: 1) Background, 2) Approach Taken by the Working Group, and 3) Next Steps (all links available)
  *   Some additional documents scheduled to be reviewed on 10-11 March are already available on the wiki.
  *   When the remaining documents are posted on the wiki, staff will alert the WG.

Thanks Mary, Ariel and Julie for the update and details of the ICANN67 sessions.

At this stage, would it be possible to have the draft sections of the initial report in the WG Documents (drafts/published) section of our WG work space (https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=58729948)?  At a minimum this could be the sections that we’ve already been through and are largely finalised, but ideally also drat sections that we still need to review once they are ready to share?  It would really help for the final review of the initial report to be able to find everything in one place rather than having to search the pages for individual meetings.  Would this be possible?
