[Gnso-ssc] SSC Draft Standard Process for Nominations

This is a very clear summary of our job.Bravo.


I have a few suggestions :
- adding 'the benefits' to 'The nature and responsibilities of the 
position', under point 2. That could help to attract more volunteers.
- in the time line scenarii, maybe adding that the pools / surveys will 
be made by staff ?  or clarify the tools to use ? (or maybe this is too 
deep into details), as it can influence the deadlines.
- maybe adding a minimum number of days in advance the SSC needs to act 
in a perfect way, compliant to all charters.
