thank you for this.

 

To have specific modules ready to work on for the AGM is an aim, but you a
right not guaranteed. However our proposal shall reflect the best possible
solution and we should definitely refer to the integration of the OEP,
because it is now part of the concept. May be we should use a more general
wording for this bullet point.

 

To your second question, yes names will be available prior to the AGM.

Dear Sandra,

 

Your proposal looks fine to me but I have a comment and one question. I
prefer this option of working only on a module for the next AGM if we
consider time factor. 

 

My comment:

 

·    "   Require the participants to complete specific OEP modules prior to
the face-Hold the pilot Leadership Training programme immediately prior to
the start of the AGM."



Do we know the progress with the OEP to date? My recommendation will be not
this include this in the timeline.

My question:  Will the names of the new leaders from all the AC/SO
available on time prior to the AGM to have a well composed group?

Dear all,

 

as agreed in Beijing I send you herewith a revised proposal to organise a
Pilot Leadership Training at the AGM in Beijing.

 

This outline includes the input from the ICANN Academy WG so far and is
based on the results of the survey which was evaluated during our last
meeting in Beijing. 

 

We have only little time to submit it to ICANN leadership for consideration
and I apologise for the shortness of time asking for your comments and
feedback until 7 May 2013.
