1.       Opening Remarks

2.       Introduction of the members & liaisons

3.       Introduction of the staff support

4.       Review the list of initial work

*       Administrative

*       Process/procedure defining

5.       Schedule for the next call

6.       AOB

Notes:
1. Opening Remarks

*       Group decided to record this meeting and make it public

3. Introduction of the staff support

*       Yuko Green and Trang Nguyen's support is on the proposal implementation stand point

*       Ria Otanes and Kim Carlson will provide the on-going secretariat support

4. Review the list of initial work

*       Agreed to make the mailing list and meeting recordings publically available

*       Suggestion of all 4 members to always be available on calls

*       Suggestion of rotating meeting time

*       All of the work listed in slide 5 and 6 are preparatory work thus will not be an issue to take on prior to transition

*       Set up the communication channel for the group urgently

*       Staff to take initiative in some of the initial administrative work

*       One of the first calls' agenda to include a presentation about SLA by Jay and Elaine
