[ICANN-CSC] Draft March 2017 CSC Report

HI Trang,
I have a suggestion.  This section doesn't make much sense to me, would you
add a sentence or two to clarify:

*Metrics That the CSC is Tracking Closely*

((There are no metrics being tracked closely at this time. ))

((The reported issue)) was a minor issue that the CSC discussed with PTI
regarding the details of the exception. There are no indications of a
persistent issue.



Or something along those lines?
