I have a suggestion.  This section doesn't make much sense to me, would you add a sentence or two to clarify:

Metrics That the CSC is Tracking Closely
((There are no metrics being tracked closely at this time. ))
((The reported issue)) was a minor issue that the CSC discussed with PTI regarding the details of the exception. There are no indications of a persistent issue.

Or something along those lines?
