[ICANN-CSC] Term officially ended

I agree with Jay's thoughts. It has been a pleasure to meet and work
with all of you.

Thank you to everyone on the CSC and liaisons. Thank you also to the
very helpful and patient staff from ICANN and PTI.

And I wish the new CSC members well.
