[ICANN-CSC] Liaison to the IFRT

Hi Byron,

I agree with Brett. Even I am not sure how much time commitment is required
for CSC liaison to IFRT.
Knowing that I am already involved in other WG/SG (RDAP, RZ-LGR etc), I
might also have time constraint on my end.

Therefore, I will also not volunteer at this time but I do fully support
James' nomination as CSC liaison to IFRT.
Seems like he already has lot of experience and was involved in creation of
CSC and CWG Stewardship process.
He will be an ideal candidate for the role.
