[ICANN-CSC] Cancellation CSC meeting 66 - 16 November

Dear all,
As the agenda for the upcoming meeting is fairly thin (only PTI Performance Report October 2022 and CSC Findings), and taking into account PTI performance is again Excellent, Brett suggests to cancel the upcoming meeting 166 on 16 November 2022.
If you have any questions regarding PTI’s performance report or the CSC Findings, which were already circulated last week, please use the list,
