Hi, this is a good draft. Thanks, Edmon. One rough thinking is:

The 1st sentence under bulletin 2 sounds too critical. We may wish to
present a positive agenda of promoting IDN users' interests, rather
than criticizing the knowledge or experience shortage of ICANN
technical specialists.

Since I have to attend other meeting, I apologize for not being able
to join this meeting.
