[Idngwg] Follow up IAB statement

Further to the email below, the statement refers to the use of RFC 6912.  The RFC provides principles for determining the repertoire for the IDN tables.  It may be useful to consider if this RFC can be referred from the IDN guidelines.

In the statement there seems to be a reference pertinent  to the current work on IDN guidelines: "For now, implementation guidelines by ICANN, TLD registries, and other administrators must continue to include serious caution about DNS name registrations using characters of this type."

You are kindly requested to review the current draft guidelines to see if there is a need to update/add a guideline to address this statement from IAB.
