[Internal-cg] Slides for meetings during ICANN Week

All,

With respect to the Thursday session - since the meeting is taking place in the ballroom, meetings team ask that we provide them with the slides (in the case slides are to be used) at least 24 hours prior to the session. If we could have the final set ready on Wednesday, that would be great!

I also encourage people to be ready early for slides for the sessions with ALAC and GAC, if that is used.
