I think this is indeed a good overview of IANA, with very nice graphics ;-)

The only thing in the slide I think should be changed is that it talking about "country" when talking about change requests for ccTLDs. I.e. as we all know the word "country" is kind of sensitive (to say the least) the process is of course more complicated and sensitive than what is laid out on these slides.

I do say this as I think ICG members should be aware of the fact that it is those details that might make it complicated and hard for some communities to discuss these topics. This without pointing at the cc's specifically.
