[IOT] IOT slides for presentations in coming weeks

Dear members of the IRP IOT,



I have been asked to provide an update to several different groups: the subsequent procedures PDP WG, the CCWG plenary, and the ccNSO - and may get some more requests.



I have done up some slides to present on behalf of our team - they are attached.



They are meant to be explanatory, not taking a position on any issues. On the rules slide I simply plan to say that they are under discussion but not yet final - I may mention where things may be headed on some of the rules (noting they are not final) but have not included that part in the slides.



If you have any concerns or objections please let me know.



I will shortly forward the slides to the support personnel who will have to load them but will hold back on presenting any if there is objection that we cannot resolve (again - I feel these are fairly straightforward status slides).



I had hoped to get them out sooner but like for all of us things have been quite busy lately.
