[IOT] RESCHEDULED IRP IOT meeting this week

Dear members of the IRP IOT:



We presently are scheduled to meet this Thursday at 19:00 UTC. When scheduling this meeting, I lost track that this was right in the middle of the Jewish New Year.



My mistake. I am rescheduling our meeting to Thursday, September 28 at 19:00 UTC in light of the importance of the holiday and the fact that a good number of our active participants are Jewish.



I also plan to KEEP our scheduled meeting for Oct 5th, one week later.



I apologize for this miscue and will pay better attention to the calendar going forward.



Thank you for your patience. I will be coming to list a bit later this week and next with issues for discussion.
