In coming to CANCUN, I had another look at our tasks and found that there are still some missing work to do.

Is it possible that you kindly once again look at Article 4, in particular, the duty of IOT and find out what are the area that either we have not yet tackled or not sufficiently

   However, in light of our recent discussions during the calls of May 24, 31, and June 7, it appears that the great bulk of our immediate work is now down to the list – on signing off on full text of request for public comment on ‘Time for Filing’ – and on settling on interim rules and notes to Sidley.



   Thus, I suggest we cancel the call this Thursday and instead please weigh in on list as you see these items coming through.
