2.     Action items from the last meeting:

a.     SP to seek volunteers for small groups to deal with matters
outstanding and next steps on IRP Rules (draft sub-group structure included
in this email).

b.     MH to draft language relative to tolling (awaiting).

3.  SP to present proposed structure for sub-groups.

4. Review and discuss draft language for repose including safety valve.

5. Next meetingS – 19 October 2021, 17:00 UTC and 2 November 2021, 17:00 UTC
